I purchased one of the universal ladder rack recently for my ute. It's a solid ladder rack that the bracket is secured both on the tray and the side angle lip of the tray. The bracket is a 50x50 RHS and the main ladder is a 40x40 RHS tube.
Got the ladder rack delivered to WA in great time, product exactly as expected. Pete was even able to make a higher one to suit my 79 series headboard. Stoked with product. Went for the 4mm version solid as a rock.

Very good slider, saved me heaps of time cutting as I don't have a tube notcher, but I can weld.
Great bit of kit, everything worked as it should have! The quality of all the tubing, bends, notches and brackets is awesome and the kit comes at a pretty decent price too. The old lux looks even tuffer now, if your not sure on this product I can vouch for DIY Customs 🤙🏽
The kit is fairly priced, prompt delivery to WA. The materials were cut perfectly which made the assembly straightforward
