Made from 40 × 40 mm galvanised steel square section
- Available in 2 mm, 3 mm, or 4 mm wall thickness options
Height options: 950 mm or 1100 mm (can be cut down to match your headboard height)
Load ratings (per rack):
- 2 mm — load rated to 400 kg (evenly distributed, correctly installed)
- 3 mm — load rated to 550 kg (evenly distributed, correctly installed)
- 4 mm — load rated to 700 kg (evenly distributed, correctly installed)
All fasteners included

2 × Galvanised steel feet with welded 12 mm nuts
4 × 35 mm × 8 mm bolts, lock nuts & washers (for securing feet to the ute tray)
4 × 20 mm × 6 mm bolts, lock nuts & washers (for additional tray fastening)
2 × 35 mm × 12 mm bolts (used to clamp the ladder rack into the feet)
2 × 140 mm × 12 mm bolts (used as removable top pins)
2 × Orange PVC protective tubes (fit over 12 mm bolts to prevent scuffing and scratching)
2 × Washers and lock nuts for 12 mm top pins
