Weld-Together Rock Slider Kit (Universal Application)

This rock slider kit is designed to suit a wide range of 4x4 vehicles including Nissan, Toyota, Ford, Isuzu, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Holden, Jeep, Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, LDV, Land Rover and Great Wall Motors. When ordering, you’ll choose your vehicle make, model, and series, then select your preferred rock slider kick-out style, design, and mounting option to suit your vehicle.

Mounting Options

1. Universal Chassis Brackets (Universal Mounting Kit)
Designed to suit the widest range of chassis rails and supplied as a complete bolt-on kit:

• 6 × L-brackets

• 5 mm thick mild steel (250 MPa)

  • 50 mm wide

  • Long side (inside): 225 mm with slot

  • Short side (inside): 145 mm

  • Raw steel (no coating)

• 6 × straight brackets

  • 5 mm thick mild steel (250 MPa)

  • 50 mm wide × 225 mm long

  • Slot: 12.5 mm wide × 100 mm long

  • Slot starts 10 mm from top

  • Raw steel

• 6 × M12 full-thread bolts

  • 200 mm long

  • Zinc plated, 8.8 high-tensile

• 6 × triangle gussets

  • 4 mm thick mild steel (250 MPa)

  • 80 mm × 80 mm

  • Corner notch for easy fitment

  • Raw steel

• 12 × rectangular plates

  • 40 mm × 25 mm × 5 mm thick

  • 13 mm centre hole

  • 250 MPa mild steel

  • Raw steel

• 12 × M12 flat washers (high-tensile, zinc plated)

• 6 × M12 nylock nuts (high-tensile, zinc plated)

2. Weld-On Chassis Brackets
Designed for a permanent weld-on installation:

• 6 × 10 mm thick steel plates

  • 70 mm × 85 mm

  • 250 MPa

  • 4 threaded/tapped holes to suit M12 bolts

  • Holes positioned 13 mm in from each end

  • Raw steel

• 6 × 6 mm thick steel plates

  • 70 mm × 85 mm

  • 250 MPa

  • 4 clearance holes at 14 mm

  • Raw steel

• 24 × M12 full-thread bolts

  • Zinc plated, 8.8 high-tensile

• 24 × M12 thin flat washers (high-tensile, zinc plated)

• 24 × M12 spring washers (high-tensile, zinc plated)

3. Flat Bar Brackets
Supplied for custom fabrication to suit your chassis:

• 2 × 1500 mm long × 5 mm thick mild steel flat bar

• Raw steel (no coating)

• Designed to be cut down and fabricated as required
  

4. No Mounts

• Rock sliders only

• No mounting hardware included

• All components are supplied in raw steel with a protective coating against rust and corrosion, and we recommend cleaning and coated before use
