Made from 42.2 mm outside diameter mild steel tubing 2.6 mm thick

2 x 200 mm long tubing notched on one end at 90 degrees that goes from main slider to chassis bracket
2 x 280 mm long tubing notched on one end at 90 degrees that goes from main slider to chassis bracket
2 x 350 mm long tubing notched on one end at 90 degrees that goes from main slider to chassis bracket
4 x 2 mm thick end caps for the end of the straight tubes ( inner rail )
2 x 50 mm x 5 mm thick flat bar at 1500 mm long ( to make chassis brackets )

Kit will include all of the above EXCEPT for the 2 x 50 mm x 5 mm flat bar lengths
Universal chassis bracket that is made to suit square / rectangle box 4x4 vehicle chassis rails
these Universal Chassis Brackets will suit any box chassis with a range from 100 mm to 200 mm in height and up to 150 mm in width
these brackets are made from 50 mm wide x 5 mm thick mild steel plate, laser cut for precision
this Universal Chassis Bracket mounting kit is a set of 6 which includes
6 x L brackets with slots cut into them
6 x straight brackets ( to be welded to the L bracket ) with a slot cut into them
12 x rectangular plates with a hole cut into them ( to be welded to both the L bracket and straight bracket )
6 x 200 mm long x 12 mm high tensile zinc plated bolt ( to be cut down to the length required for your chassis )
12 x 12 mm zinc plated washers
6 x 12 mm lock nuts
6 x steel gusset stiffener plates with 90 degree bends at 80 mm x 80 mm x 4mm thick. Has a 5 mm x 5 mm corner cut out for easy fitment and Laser cut for precision

Unreal bit of gear! Easy to put together if you have some welding skills! Everything slots together nicely and comes up a treat!!
Freight time was reasonably good, even all the way to southern tassie. I haven't had the chance to weld them together yet, but from an initial mock up it seems to be the goods. I know from helping make a set from scratch with limited tooling before, this has taken 90% of the hard work out of the job.
